Meet Christina Lewis. Christina will be speaking at our panel discussion ‘Building a happy workforce’ on 14th March.
Christina has substantial expertise and experience within recruitment, organisational development, employee relations and capacity building and has worked within human resources in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors for the past 14 years.
Having followed a traditional route in general HR Christina became CIPD qualified in 2012 and her focus now is on people and culture at a Global level with a particular interest in global mobility, inclusion and wellbeing.
For the past four years Christina has been the Head of People at Restless Development, supporting all 400 staff within the organizations’ 10 global locations and responsible for the vision and thought leadership of the people function for the organization.
Christina is also a stylist and volunteer for UK charity Smartworks (helping women get back into employment) an Aspire Mentor, and a member of the Amex Leadership Academy alumni.
